3.1 All products listed on tipsytap.com.au are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3.2 We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website is accurate, complete, or error free.
3.3 Colours of products may vary slightly from images displayed on our website due to differences in monitor settings and screen resolution.
4. Pricing
4.1 All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 TipsyTap reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
4.3 TipsyTap reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to a pricing error.
5. Orders and Payment
5.1 By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
5.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
5.3 Payment is processed securely through our authorised payment processors. TipsyTap does not store your credit card details.
5.4 Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this for your records.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 TipsyTap ships to Australia and New Zealand. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6.2 Risk of loss and title for products purchased passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 TipsyTap offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

8. Consumer Guarantees
8.1 Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
8.2 You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
8.3 For customers in New Zealand the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 also applies.
9. Warranty
9.1 All TipsyTap products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
9.2 This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.
9.3 To make a warranty claim email support@tipsytap.com.au with your order number and details of the defect.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on tipsytap.com.au including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions is the property of TipsyTap and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
